By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

HospitaLink is an online job marketplace connecting hospitality employers ("Employers") with job seekers ("Candidates") in the state of Florida. We provide tools to post job listings, submit applications, manage hiring pipelines, and facilitate connections between parties. EA Services Group LLC acts solely as an intermediary and is not a party to any employment agreement between Employers and Candidates.

Job posting fees are charged to Employers per listing as displayed at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a payment, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. All fees are in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. EA Services Group LLC reserves the right to modify pricing at any time, with changes effective upon posting to the Platform.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, software, and design, is the property of EA Services Group LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. EA SERVICES GROUP LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. WE DO NOT ENDORSE ANY EMPLOYER OR CANDIDATE AND ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDUCT OF ANY USER.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY FLORIDA LAW, EA SERVICES GROUP LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EA Services Group LLC, its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. You consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including Sections 8, 10, 11, 12, and 13.
